Beautiful cabin , Nice views. We couldnt find lake acess but seeing all the construction going on we understood that it was in process , completely understandable. We rented this cabin for my daughters 16th, She really enjoyed it and loved the pool . Had one small issue trying to check in but definitely would stay again..

Amazing Stay for a Family Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo with our family, including our two-year-old grandchild. The home was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. I especially appreciated that there were no personal items left behind in cabinets or the refrigerator—it felt fresh and well-maintained.The layout of the house was perfect, providing plenty of space for everyone, and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need to make a meal. The indoor pool was a great feature, though it wasn’t quite warm enough for us to fully enjoy, and the hot tub took longer to heat up than expected, so we didn’t end up using it. However, the property was exactly as described, the views were beautiful, and we made such special family memories.Overall, we highly recommend this rental and would love to return in the future!

Disappointing Stay on Lake Haven Way – False Advertising & Poor Conditions

We informed the host we were celebrating my daughter’s 15th birthday and hoped for a smooth experience. Unfortunately, the app’s directions were incorrect, and both our GPS and the app led us to the wrong location. We had to drive around until a contractor helped us find it. Upon arrival, the house was extremely hot as the A/C wasn’t on. The community was unfinished—trails and amenities were just projections, not reality. Our view was a builder’s dump site with a sewage smell, and there was trash alongside our property. Inside, the house hadn’t been properly cleaned—dust, dirty floors, bug carcasses on beds and window sills, and old food on the bar seats. I had to clean just to make it livable. The home itself was in mediocre condition, with cracks, unpainted nail holes, broken thresholds, and crooked blinds. The road to the neighborhood had dangerous blind spots on curves and hills. The Wi-Fi password was incorrect, and we didn’t receive the right one until the next day, ruining our planned movie night. This stay was far from what was advertised. I wouldn’t recommend this home or host.

Mistakes Happen it’s about how you respond!

So bad news first. Arrived on time for rental, home was clean, the upstairs bathrooms are different but a decent set up for a family to share 2 bathrooms. The lower master suite was missing the screen for the window, there were bugs in the residence because a door was left . The TV’s were new you MUST have your own services and connect to the TV’s after spending 2 hours attempting to set them all up I had issues with the living room TV so no living room TV for the first night but there are 4-6 TVs all over the home so big whup but still. The games downstairs were not connecting properly and one of the guns wasn’t working so it was reported by the kids. Bugs were all over but understanding the door issue before my arrival I just lowered the AC and when they slowed down ushered them to the door or heaven their choice. Now I called the help number and although there was some lag between the help and the communication of the office by Thursday evening all the issues were resolved!!! I was met at the door Thursday morning by a smiling host and 2 strapping young men who promptly went to the lower level and repaired the games. With a full birthday schedule planned we were not available for the TV / WiFi repair but some un named hero came in while we were out and repaired them ! Pool / hot tub and kitchen and the view gives it the stars! Sunset and sunrise amazing!! Great time not ruined by mistakes and small issues. Kudos to your customer service!
