Uma noite teve uma festa de natal no apartamento de cima e não foi possível dormir devido a música é barulho. Fora isso tudo bem.

24 night stay. This is my 5th rental in Seville, my 9th in Spain. I love the city. Pro: compact, comfortable, well-appointed, great location in the city Con: this is not a loft. This is a ground floor apartment on a busy little square in the street. Pedestrian/car/ motorbike traffic make it too noisy to open the window and no privacy. Sevilla Moving was slow to respond and provided no information on things such as departure, trash days, how to use induction stove. The television did not work upon arrival. After 5 requests, someone showed up unannounced twice and got Netflix and Amazon Prime. I wanted Spanish channels and the office informed me they needed the owner's permission for access. On the 10th day, I got 3 Spanish channels.

The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed for two weeks. For a small place it was well and efficiently equipped. I cooked myself most of the time since there is so much high quality produce available and made good use of the fridge. I also had no issues with the WiFi when I used my laptop, iPad and phones at the same time. The owner was very nice and quick to respond in case of any questions and I was allowed to leave my bags before check in time. The location is perfect. It is in the middle of the city center but in a quiet street with a good restaurant. I was a solo traveler and never felt unsafe being on the ground floor. Trash was picked up daily in the night and streets were cleaned. I would definitely book again.
