"The hotel does not look attractive from the outside but do not be concerned. It was clean and nice from the lobby to the rooms. The rooms are extremely small and no room for luggage so if you can get an oversized room do so. We were two people in the room and it was tight and no where to open your luggage. The room was very nice, comfortable beds and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful if we needed directions or recommendations. There is an excellent dim sum michelin star restaurant that I highly recommend in the hotel. We went to brunch twice, the dinner was on the pricy side. The hotel is conveniently located to the train station, about 3 blocks and walkable to the ladies market and temple street market (which is right by the hotel about a block). I would stay at this hotel again for the location and the friendly, helpful staff. The area seemed a bit sketchy especially by the McDonald's across the street but it was safe. On the other side of the McDonald's there is a 24 hour laundromat which we found very convenient."
