「Very well maintained property, clean rooms very courteous a d helpful staff. A good restaurant. A nice and peaceful place for family」

「The price was the lowest price I could find. On arrival the hotel occupancy was high and gave me room just beside the noisy cargo lift. After complain they gave me a better one. Wedding ceremonies and low price contributed to its high occupancy. Breakfast was quite good vegetarian. 」

「The property maintenance was very poor. Stained carpets, unclean kitchen, smelly bathrooms, floors that were patchy! The staff tried their best but when I compare them with other hotels, not a satisfactory experience especially for the price tag.」

「Significant Mold in the bathroom, open electrical wires, rooms never cleaned, floor was never wiped it you could see grime and much under your socks after a few minutes of walking. Dated furniture. Interaction with staff was mixed and they were making rules on the go. Visitors not allowed. Food was okay. I moved to a different hotel nearby mid trip.」

「This is my genuine experience staying here. I arrived around 2:30 AM after my flight was delayed. The first thing I noticed was staff sleeping in the lobby. While I tried to overlook that, the real disappointment came when I entered my room. The room was extremely dirty. The bed was unclean, and the bathroom was filthy as well. Unfortunately, I had another flight to Varanasi in a few hours, so I had no choice but to take a quick shower and leave. My advice to anyone considering this property:...

「Average budget hotel, rooms, linen dirty, old rusty fittings, small rooms. Room service staff very slow and careless. Management need to train staff specifically for customer service and facility management, cleaniness & professionalism. 」
