“Super cheap and super basic. Situated In a relatively grim alley, hotel is made up of rooms without external windows set around an internal hall over several floors, feels a bit like a Victorian prison! Still, guy in charge was helpful and spoke good English. It seemed clean, and bed was comfortable enough. For the few hours I spent here in the afternoon waiting for a night bus this did the job great. Don’t book a two week vacation here though.”

“1）酒店比较新，设施满意，唯一的不足是窗户是封闭的打不卡的，但也是优点，因为隔音效果好，几乎听不见马路上的车水马龙声音。 2）酒店位置离KAROL BAGH地铁站大概1千米距离，走路有点远，幸好途中有两个中国餐厅SPICY和JADE GARDEN，也有麦当劳和肯德基。 3）还有一个连锁酒店也在附近，比这个便宜一点，离KAROL BAGH地铁站很近，下次可以尝试一下。”

“The service at this hotel is on another level. Every single member of staff from housekeeping to the restaurant team went out of their way to make sure your needs are attended to. Special thank you to reception who allowed me to check in a few hours early and to Ajay and Alina in the restaurant who made ever breakfast and dinner amazing. The food here was superb too, the pool was amazing, I would recommend this place and suggest you do halfboard as the area around is close to the tourist area……

“The hotel rooms are excellent compared to other hotels. However, the area and street surrounding the hotel are very crowded and traffic-heavy throughout the day.”

“Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist.”

“Overall a good stay. Comfortable, feel at home. The staff is good. Breakfast is good. Reasonable. It's an ideal location for me at-least”
