"My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The service and hospitality provided by all staff is mind blowing. All the staff are very polite, sincere and obidient. Specially Manager of this property Mr sanjay and seetu is very caring person. He personally take care of guest and also give guidence in right way to everyone. I like the stay very much. Thanks a lot to all staff for such a wonderful...

"Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist."

"The hotel took over an hour to find my reservation- making me wait in the lobby at midnight. I showed all confirmation emails from the hotel itself ,but they still wouldn't let me check-in until they see on their end as well. They had an outdated check-in system and the customer service line was a mess. Beyond that, the rooms were dusty and had proof of bugs nesting in some areas. The staff are not professional at all as they seemed to be local teenagers who were hired cheaply to handle duties...

"We were refused our booking by the hotel as we were not Indian nationals. Nothing mentioned by the hotel when we booked but was turned away in reception. No refund from the hotel and no response from their head office or CEO. DO NOT STAY at any FAB Hotels"
