「Hotel heeft een schone kamer, personeel geweld. Min punten; Warmwater voor douchen alleen smorgens, ontzettend vervelend voor vroege checkout. Svonds douchen geen warmwater. Ontbijt ruimte verdiend dikke -10. 「Their facilities are good and well-maintained, though not as good as the photos. Their location is not very convenient for tourists.」

「Location is good and no complaints」

「I recently stayed at Southern Hotels in Delhi and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, neat, and well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I truly appreciate the hospitality and service provided by the team. Thank you for making my stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend Southern Hotels to others visiting Delhi!」

「Good」

「Fantastic stay! The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable throughout our visit. The location is ideal—super convenient for getting around and exploring. We also really enjoyed the modern amenities, which made our stay smooth and relaxing. Highly recommended!"」

「The staff we're very helpful. 5 stars to them. Overall im happy」

「Nice stay. But we were asked to stay in a different property for the day1 due to over booking. Property was clean and staff was very good.」

「room was smelly, toilet was untidy, linens was stopped and dirty. Metro Plaza hotel moved me to another low grade hotel.」
