I think we should be fair. What you described was a mixture of your misconduct and temperary failure of the facility which were quickly recovered. The hot water boiler is totally fine which works well in our hands when took it back from you. You get a boiler the same day you reported the so called problem, the same day you arrive, dont you remember? We offered you washer to use while the one is on the way.
