Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: No children under 7 years old.. When you’re staying on the Isle of Wight, it’s all about the views, and 7 The Priory is a welcoming home from home with panoramic views out to sea. Set on the first floor of The Priory – a friendly development in Shanklin – this two bedroom apartment has everything you need for a break with family or friends.
If you’re planning on whiling away your days on the Wight’s sandy beaches, you’ll be happy to settle down for a family feast in the dining space, and then gather the kids in front of the TV in the living area for those cosy evenings in. Or, for those quiet times when you’re happy to sit back with a drink and enjoy the sea views, how about settling down in the conservatory and enjoying the sea breeze as it drifts through those balcony doors? The balcony has a table and chairs too, so you can catch the sun or dine in style while you make the most of The Priory’s beautiful setting.
The development’s home to a grassy shared garden with plenty of space for the kids to play, so you’ll be able to keep them entertained even between those trips to Shanklin Beach. One of the most popular corners of the Isle of Wight, Shanklin has it all. With its popular beach, family attractions, gardens and theatre, and the scenic coastal walks to Sandown and Ventnor, it has something for everyone.

What a find! Beautiful base for exploring the island. The view is absolutely stunning and we could not have wished for more. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need. Luccombe is beautiful and so peaceful. Covid procedures made us feel very safe. One tiny point could do with two sofas in lounge for our family of 4 but just our opinion

Nice modern apartment in impressive building with good views over the bay.
But.....no wifi, which is just archaic. And lack of comfortable seating in the kitchen/ dining area which is where the tv is.
The conservatory and balcony are good, though no privacy on the balcony, being directly overlooked by the adjacent one.

Wonderful location with superb views over Shanklin Bay.
Wonderful location with superb views over Shanklin Bay. The conservatory is a great place to relax on a colder day and watch the stars at night. Very comfi bed! Great layout of kitchen and lounge. Bathroom a bit on the small side, but well working. Kitchen utensils of good quality and range. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the place, though on the coastal path. Short walks to Shanklin Old Village and beach. We fully enjoyed our week.
