“Lovely place that worked great for my short stay in town. ”

“Had a great time, and was perfect for a brief vacation for me and my out of town friend. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and all the amenities we needed. Great location, security, etc. Things like the rooftop view were an awesome added bonus.My ONLY gripe would be that the apartment HVAC sound is loud and can drown out the TV or media. I could see how this might be a problem if you're spending a lot of time in the apartment.”

“Everything was great apartment was cozy and kind of romantic which was perfect for our 4 day weekend..I used to live in Philly so basically visiting my second home..only issue i had was the parking situation but i remember quickly how philly has so many people piled up on one another in apartment living so parking was limited but I found a great gem for the next tine i come back..and we will be using this location again if available..Thanks ”

“I booked twice in 2 weeks. I thi k that says a lot about how much i enjoyed my stay. I felt rt at home. I honestly was going to book through Jan.; but its not available straight through. Jamie was a great host, and i would not hesitate to book again. ”

“Awesome spot near a ton of fun shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. Nicely decorated! Be aware there is no elevator. Fan and art in bathroom was quite dusty but overall the unit was clean. Bed super comfy! The door to the building didn’t latch/lock unless you pulled it shut so it would be good to tell all guests to make sure to do so. Bedroom is in back of building and was remarkably quiet! The door to the shared deck was unlocked when I checked in so be sure to check.”

“Great location right in the heart of the city/Rittenhouse area. Walking distance to a lot of areas. It was perfect for us! If you like eclectic and apartment dwelling without the stuffy hotel feel, you'll enjoy this place!”

“Everything was great. However, the television in the living room didn't work (no cable, Firestick, roku). Also, there was no soap/body wash in the shower. No big deal...I enjoyed the walk down to the local market. I'll definitely be looking to stay here on my next Philly visit...Thank you!!”
