We were staying here because mum was in hospital nearby and we live four hours away. Staff were very friendly about last minute extension of our stay. Rooms are kept clean as long as you remember to put the little sign out, otherwise staff are very helpful if you need anything.

The website said there was parking and I arrived to be handed a £5 bill to pay for parking. I purchased £10 breakfast but was given a coupon to go to the Welcome Break services for breakfast. At that counter - The Good Breakfast - I could not swap items I did not eat. I had to pay extra for 2 slice of bread and then told there was only white bread. No refill of coffee and no juice. It felt very must like a sham of a deal in between parking and the poor breakfast. I will NOT stay there again.

The staff were easily the best part of my stay, so friendly and helpful. No plug sockets near the bed. The tv signal kept dropping. Bed was fine. Bath was slow draining. Stay was a lot quieter than I was expecting.
