“It's a building with several apartments so ours did not exactly match the photos, but it did look similar enough. We were on the second floor and there was no lift - something to be aware of if you have trouble with stairs. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were lovely and soft. The sofa was a little small but comfortable enough. The apartment was clean, but some of the kitchen utensils were dirty, presumably from previous guests. The oven did not work for us. “We stayed here last April (2023) and it was fine but the back garden was a disappointment and we andvised them of this issue. Unfortunately, even though the drain has been sorted the garden has gotten much worse and needs attention for little cost. Also the neighbours hang their washing over the fence which isn’t a very nice sight to see in a morning. The house itself is fine with everything you need. A long mirror somewhere downstairs would be helpful and a mirror in the first floor bathroom……

"The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had a pleasant conversation with them during check-in and check-out. The room was tidy and well-maintained. When I requested additional coffee packs from housekeeping, they generously provided me with more than I expected. The room is well-equipped with plenty of electrical sockets, which is very convenient. However, the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and could be improved."
