Beautiful hotel in a great central location. No parking onsite but easily accessible and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and efficient at checkin. Rooms are comfortable but not very spacious. Clean practical bathroom but shower over bath. Beds are incredibly comfortable with quality pillows and quilt. Breakfast is a great price if pre booked. Staff need to be more across quantities as at no point was all breakfast items available at the same time but other than that was good. All round great stay - highly recommend and would stay again.

Not as pleasant as stay as usual. They rarely have "proper" coffee in the rooms, only decaffeinated. Bar prices were inconsistent- £7,50 on Saturday afternoon for a large glass of wine yet £7,50 on Sunday afternoon for the same but with a £5 off voucher.
