“Beautiful place, very clean and cozy with nice touches. Our group of 9 fit quite comfortably. Beds were comfy, hot tub was ready for us and clean, and the kitchen and sitting area were generous and beautiful. I say it was cozy but the A-frame ceiling is high and gorgeous, but somehow still cozy! Loved the place and Dave and Kim were a pleasure to work with - plenty of communication and they were available for any issues, but we had none. Highly recommended!”

“We booked this property for a weekend family reunion and could not have asked for a better space. The home was as beautiful as depicted in the pictures. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed prepare meals, the space was very clean, and there was more than enough room to hold the entire family. The grounds were also stunning! It was such a calming beautiful area, with lots of parking. I will say the setup is best for families with more kids than adults (the downstairs has lots of bunk……

“This is a very nice property with an amazing outdoor space. The pool and patio area with a hot tub, covered seating and grill (plus a TV) were pretty much all we needed since it was a beautiful weather when we were there. It was also fun to have an huge yard to play various games and access to the river at the far end of the property. “What a great stay to celebrate a 60th Birthday with 10 friends. The home is spectacular. We had plenty of room to cook wonderful meals and play games, sing karaoke, and dance under the stars, we watched a movie in the theater, enjoyed the hot tub, the sauna, had wonderful nights by the fire Pitt and everything we needed was provided. “Check in was a self check in which was super convenient for us coming from such a long road trip. The beds were super comfortable, and the house was very clean. Its a brand new house! The host was easy to reach, and the location was nice and quiet away from neighbors which was nice. It was easy to get to Sunday River just over 15 minutes! The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The hot tub was super nice, and firepit as well. ”

“Great location! This was our first ski in/out and it was so convenient to the slopes. Clean unit, keypad access was handy for late night arrival and so we didn’t have to coordinate keys for our teenagers while skiing.
