St. Louis Sheldon Concert Hall Hotels

"Free parking and the proximity to the nearby attractions (1min from the St Louis City SC Stadium, 5 min walk to the union station/ferris wheel, 30min walk to the Arch!) makes this hotel a gem! Pool area looked a bit in need of update breakfast is ok (coffee not ok) but again the amenities I mentioned has lots of value in my book. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the 6th floor (ferris wheel and the Arch!) were nice! "

"Just a beautiful hotel. It is our 3rd time visiting. And will keep going back. The valet parking is a lot too expensive. I should have asked. But what is one gonna do. My bad. "

"Family trip, the hotel is an older hotel that has been remodeled. So that being said the elevator was small and it was very tight for our family and stroller to fit it. Our SUV did not fit in the 6’5” garage and the surface parking was full. We ended up parking across the street behind a bank. I did not like having our SUV off property and having to walk to and from with little kids, luggage, stroller, etc. The staff were great and the Crepe restaurant in the lobby made breakfast fantastic! Overall, I feel like you can get more bang for your buck at a different hotel with breakfast included and parking/garage for all vehicles on property. "

"The room was very clean and everything in the room was updated. It is nice to see a property continually improving and they had several projects underway. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Something on property irritated my allergies and made my eyes burn every day but I am very sensitive to many indoor things so I'm not sure what set them off."

"Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. "

"Narsty dark stain on the mattress about 2.5 feet long. Moved rooms. Heard the people above us throughout the night just walking. The hotel seems to have very thin floors. Received a noise complaint at 8:30am when my family of 5 were trying to gather things to leave. The pool was clean. Parking costs 30 a night. "

"Very pet friendly and off street, secure parking was helpful. Location allowed us to walk to places to eat (Pappys!) or to venues to explore. Otherwise was very close to drive to the aquarium, mini golf, IKEA, arch, stadium, grocery store, college, etc. Communication was amazing- Brandon was very responsive which was a big help. Would definitely stay here again. "
