"We arrived after dark and there was zero lighting toward the door (had to use iPhone light). Approaching the front door, we saw a bag of garbage ripped open and blocking our path to the door. We moved the garbage and retrieved the key, per directions. The key would not open the door. We attempted multiple times without success. Calls to the host went to an answering machine. "Poor experience with checkin due to property management co not on top of their game. Didnt get access code until I called asking how to checkin two hrs before I was supposed to be at the Inn. Couldn’t get the heat to work for 45 minutes after we arrived. No instruction on how to work the heat. Couldn’t use fire places or fire pits outside."
