「非常有味道的老酒店，女子泡汤在三楼，每天滑雪完毕直接到隔壁泡温泉很方便，从长野车站坐大巴到Sunvelly很容易，但是下车要走一段路门口就游览车，可以开始滑雪！入住酒店建议选择早晚两餐，晚餐是传统的日式料理，我们这次住了五个晚上，每餐都有不一样的内容，非常开心，吃的很舒服！」

「A poor maintained onsen hotel! No towel and locker available in the onsen, need to bring along everything from the room! The room itself is very old and poor maintained; the dining which is just fair, don’t expect that as same kind of Food and beverage to a graded resort; fortunately a Taiwanese lady serving down there with excellent service to pull the satisfaction up a bit! 」

「The hospitality (service and meals) at Shiganoyu Hotel were amazing. While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier.
