During my first visit we had a few challenges due to my disability, but on this trip everything went smoothly and we were able to interact very well. Food is average, nothing “wow” unlike what some reviewers wrote. I came to Shima Onsen for the Onsen, but this onsen, which is really small and without much of a view, was sorely disappointing. "
