"Really happy with the service given. Hotel staff and owner were really friendly and cheerful. Each morning the owner was happy to accommodate for the bus shuttles to and from the ski resorts. Complimentary breakfast each morning was great and was always convenient. Hotel was kept extremely clean and even with one shower the organisation of when people get showers was sorted out very well. If i return to Hakuba i will be staying at this Hotel again for sure."

"The positives: The staff were very nice, the shuttle drivers were great and the cabin was clean. It was peaceful and quiet. However, if we had known that the cabin was 2 km away from the hotel, we probably would not have stayed. I booked it because of its proximity to echo land. However, the cabins were located 2 km outside of town, and although there was a shuttle it would’ve been super helpful to have a car. in addition, the cabin was very cold. "Got to the place pretty late and was expecting to just ramen in myself but I was welcomed by Mike at the parking lot to pick my luggage to my room! Thankful to have Leo and Mike to cook BBQ for me! Dinner was just next level❤️ great stay that feels like HOME! Thanks to Mike recommendation, my intinery is set for the next 2 days ! "
