“Great adventure, kids liked it. Room is not perfect, and best for 2-3 people though 4-5 can sleep. We had a good stay. Staff is very friendly and accomodating, 5 stars for them. ”
“The room, food, environment, services everything are excellent. The air-con is a bit too cold and can’t adjust the wind direction. If the onsen can provide shuttle or traffic’s services will be perfect. Excellent service.

“It’s a really wonderful experience of staying in Nara for one night. The position just next to the subway is convenient enough that we can meander around the city immediately after check in. The staff is friendly and hospitable , he led us to the room with hot match tea, and we got a tea souvenir the next day. The public outside onsen is also the highlight, we enjoy very much with Kasuaga hotel and hope we would visit again soon in the future!”
“The location was good, it located near to Nara Station and the attractions. All services provided were automatic. We checked in, checked out, stored our luggage all by ourselves. I have called the hotline via the phone in the reception to inquire about luggage storage and the staff quickly answered my call.”
