"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Tokyo was amazing. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We were concerned the rooms would be small based on other reviews. I’m 5,11 and the bed was fine for me. Suitcases stored under the beds and plenty of room for the 3 of us. The worst thing about the hotel was having to go home to Ireland 😭"

"It was off to a slow start with the gentlemen that checked me in he want the most helpful however when we came back from our brief lunch the ladies made up for it.
