"The room was clean but in need of some repair. I understand the hotel is doing a remodel on the first floor but not having access to the elevator should not be allowed. I had a lot of heavy gear I had to carry upstairs to my room, and the workers had all the luggage carriers covered in tile boxes, so they were not useable for the customers. I talked about this to the lady at the front desk who was not helpful or apologetic at all. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn's in the past, all good experiences, this was not a good experience at all. "

"The place was awesome for me and my friends. There is a store right next to the house and the house is close to the little stores walking distance. 100% recommend very welcoming will be coming to this house again when I go back."
