There are room instructions written in English. Great space for four people and not far from station and convenience stores and restaurants. 」

「利用まではそんなに綺麗ではないのかなぁと勝手に思っていましたが隅々まで清掃が行き届いてとても清潔でした。設備も何不自由なく揃っていて至れり尽くせりでした。ただ案内の地図が分かりにくかったので現地で迷いました。（とても分かりやすい場所にあったのに…）また利用させていただきたいと思いました。」

「The homeowner very courteously met us at the train station and escorted us to the house. The house itself is a wonderful, nicely appointed traditional Japanese home, and quite spacious with a great kitchen and modern bathroom. It's an easy walk to the beach and to the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. Ito is only one stop away on the train, with many more restaurants, and Atami is fairly close as well. Very clean. Highly recommended. 」
