「A nice, new and basic hotel that’s perfect for an overnight stay. The room was clean and the bed sheets were fresh, although the blankets did have a noticeable body odour and needed a good wash.
There was no kettle in the room, but one was provided when I asked. Breakfast was simple but nice, with croissants, bread, butter, jam, honey, fruit and cheese. The coffee machine was a lovely bonus.」
「Everything was great! I highly recommend this place. My room was beautiful and spotless, the staff was amazing, and the hotel is right in the center of Shkodër. I would definitely stay here again!」
「Staff were absent. Even Expedia couldn't reach them. Doors were closed when I arrived on Sunday, a lady came one hour later to check me in and I never saw her again. Worst of all, she put me in a room that was still in construction, were part of the ceiling fell inside. The room was also sun drenched and hurt my eyes. I had a terrible experience. I don't recommend that hotel.」
「Stayed one night. Comfortable bed. Good A/C. Fully equipped kitchen. Location is also close to a lot of restaurants. Very walkable. I would suggest not paying in advance. There seems to be a little bit of confusion when it comes to Expedia collecting the money. The staff sorted it quickly for me though.」
「Tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Altstadt innerhalb von 10 min erreichbar. Auch ohne privaten Parkplatz haben wir meist einen in der Hauptstraße gefunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer sehr angenehm und unsere Anliegen wurden ernst genommen. Tatsächlich hätten wir der Unterkunft 5 Sterne gegeben, wenn die Schlafcouch etwas bequemer gewesen wäre.」
