"Excellent home location in quiet residential area close to many main attractions. Wonderfully equipped home with comfortable furnishings, lovely fenced in yard for our dog, and added benefit of ample paper products, soaps, laundry products, etc. The owner is very responsive to all questions. "The staff was really non present and not outgoing to talk to. The lobby was not clean and had trash laying around. For a non smoking hotel the whole hotel smelled of smoke. The room was clean enough but the floors had not been deep cleaned and right after the shower walking around my feet were black again and i had to wipe in bed just to be clean to go to sleep. Will not stay here again. "

"The staff were nice, but the rooms were not ready at check-in time so there was a significant wait, there were a number of people in the lobby waiting. Some said they had been waiting in excess of an hour for a ready room. And, while I didn't really need it, the stove did not work in my room and I heard other guests share that their kitchen appliances did not work either."
