"Excellent location close to all the action. The room was large and comfortable. We appreciated the multi- function device charger. We would have preferred a Nespresso coffee machine or something similar instead of the instant coffee that was provided."

"I think Okay sums it up nicely. Nothing wow, but does the job. Locations is great as very close to main station in Shinjuku as well as all the tourist sites. I’ve stayed in a few hotels here in Japan and this one’s definitely on the smaller side. Room is tiny, no space for suitcase except under the bed. The bathroom was small but manageable. The only real negative for us was the uncomfortable beds/pillows. Woke up sore each morning, so if comfort is high on your priorities then probably skip this hotel. Oh and housekeeping doesn’t actually clean the room, they just make the beds and give new towels, which was fine for us. Overall not horrible, but an okay experience"

"It is a well placed, standard, airport hotel. We walked with our luggage to terminal 2 in 15 minutes. There is also a shuttle but it is slow."

"Staff that assisted us were good and super helpful we have to write some stuff in a slip for our luggage and they pretty much did it for us so it was really helpful. But then another staff that was helping someone else was clearly not as helpful AC was nice and powerful. Room cleaning was great the dryer for laundry did not work though. But food was amazing for breakfast at both restaurants though the view was better from the restaurant on the 25th."
