「清潔感があり、1階のオーナーは気さくな方で必要な物などは相談に乗ってくれるみたいです。鍵の受け取り方法は日程が近くなったらサイトを通じて連絡があることは把握しておくと良いと思います。疑問があればサイトを通じて問合せをしたら丁寧に回答をして頂けます。連泊時にタオル交換はされてませんでしたので、オーナーに声をかければ交換してくれるんだろうとは思いましたが、手持ちのタオルがあったので使用しました。駐車場1台分なので、車2台以上の方はオーナーに駐車場事情などを確認すると良いと思います。」

「ひとり旅でお宿を利用させていただきました。選んだ理由は、リーズナブルなお値段と駅からのアクセス、そしてcozyなアパートメントだったことです。宿のオーナーさんは非常に丁寧で穏やかな方々で、滞在中のオススメのお店などをシェアしてくれました。また、宿自体もクリーンで、少々見た目的な古さはあるものの、中に入ってみると、まるで実家のような安心感があります。自炊も出来ますので、宿から近いコンビニやスーパーで食材を買ってきて調理することも可能です。海にも徒歩ですぐ向かえますので、サーフィンされる方は、波のある時期に行けば非常に穴場で楽しめると思いますし、海岸沿いをランニングしたり、などもおすすめです。ラグジュアリーなホテルとはテイストは異なりますが、少し都会から離れて、ひとりでゆっくりしたり、リフレッシュの機会にするにはとてもおすすめな滞在先だと思います。また伺います！ありがとうございました！」

「The homeowner very courteously met us at the train station and escorted us to the house. The house itself is a wonderful, nicely appointed traditional Japanese home, and quite spacious with a great kitchen and modern bathroom. It's an easy walk to the beach and to the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. Ito is only one stop away on the train, with many more restaurants, and Atami is fairly close as well. Very clean. Highly recommended. 」

"We had an amazing stay at Hakone Hotel Kowaki-en. Since its recent renewal, the hotel feels incredibly modern, clean, and welcoming. The highlight was definitely the open-air hot spring on the top floor—soaking in the onsen while taking in the stunning mountain views was pure bliss. The buffet was another pleasant surprise; both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of fresh seafood, sashimi, and even free-flowing drinks. Location-wise, it’s highly convenient as the bus stop is right in front of the property. The staff were attentive, and the overall ambiance was peaceful. It's an excellent half-board choice for anyone looking to unwind in Hakone. Highly recommended!"
