"We had a wonderful one-night stay at The Athenee Hotel, and only wish we could have stayed longer! The service was exceptional, with every staff member going above and beyond to help. All staff members were so friendly, and were wonderful with our children as well. The pool area is beautiful and the gym is really well-equipped. "Pathumwan Princess has always been my top choice of hotel for Bangkok. It is well connected to MBK mall and Siam. The hotel breakfast is of a very high quality and standard. The rooms are newly renovated which are large in space, clean and brightly lighted. Staff are very friendly and approachable "

"It was my third day in Thailand and I needed a place that I can sleep properly. This place did it. The bed was comfortable just like the hotels in the US. The rooms were clean. The hot water were prefect. The foods were great. Everything was great except customer services. I am not Thai, but I can understand Thai language. Please train the staffs to not gossip in front of their customers about that customers. "

"BTS and convenient store about 5min walk from the hotel. Reached early, lucky they allow early check-in. Room is clean but living room is small for junior suite at the corner unit beside the lift compared to other junior suite along corridor. "
