「Very pleasant experience! The host was very nice and gracious, very helpful and knew English well. Before I arrived they wrote to me on WhatsApp, asking when I'll arrive so they can welcome me and explain to me everything. 「This was one of our favorite stays in Italy. It was spacious, clean, and in a great part of the city.」
