“Honestly this place was great. I saw birds roght out my patio window and looked out to the mountains. It was a great value and the owner and his family were very friendly and welcoming. “This a unique experience. Staff was very helpful and their breakfast which we had one morning was delicious. We even managed to get Italian food delivered (easier with USD cash). The view is unbelievable and we definitely enjoyed as a family with 2 teenagers. Note that like all roads in Costa Rica, always better with a 4WD car. We had a simple 4x4 SUV and we had no issue driving (slowly) the 1.5km or so to get to the property even under set season rain. Again, great experience if you are looking……

“Amazing location, with a beautiful view of Arenal Volcano (assuming it's not cloudy and rainy). We only partially saw it since we had cloudy and rainy weather when we were there. Very close to Arenal Volcano National Park, and Arenal 1968 for more trails. Breakfast is included and is really good. We also enjoyed our dinners at the on-site restaurant, as well as the trails on the property. The trail to the waterfall was really nice.
