「breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. perfect to start a full day of hiking and exploring the area. room was quiet, appointed and we had a beautiful mountain view from our balcony. the belcruz family and staff is incredible.」

「Location is about 20–25 minutes from downtown. The space is cozy and suitable for a family of four, and the balcony is very nice. However, there was an ongoing odor in the room, and the bathroom had a strong smell, which affected our overall comfort. 」

「4 cottages in a enclosed garden, pretty neat. Very windy during the days we stayed, maybe it is in an exposed area. Shower was not warn. 」

「Staff were all so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay… and helpful with any questions we had about the area. They made us feel at home. Coffee and water was always available in dining area and breakfast each morning was lovely - orange juice, fruit, toast and jam with a selection of 4 different breakfasts. Tours could be arranged and shops and restaurants were all close by- lovely relaxing place to stay」

「I was very disappointed with this hotel. I had a 3 year old and an 8 month old travelling with us and required additional items due to it being super cold and raining. The manager is non responsive after numerous follow ups including bot emails and phone calls. Book somewhere else! Feeding the ducks and fish is a nightmare, there are no steps down, it’s super slippery, the ducks snip at your feet as they know your coming to feed them and won’t leave you alone. I ended up taking a huge fall due...

「I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. It was very chilly at night but was provided with extra blankets, the strong wind was a little noisy with plants hitting my window but I didn’t mind and always take earplugs in case of outside noise. It was super clean....

「Although the hotel is meant to be rustic and it very much is, it is lacking in some areas. The bed could have been more comfortable. The bed linens need to be updated. A coffee maker was more necessary than the furnished refrigerator. 」

「這次我訂了一個沒浴室及廁所的房間，房間整潔，床也很舒服，唯一問題是通風不好，但因為在山區比較清涼所以可以接受，酒店的大堂有全日咖啡供應，同時服務人員亦會為你解答所有有關附近的旅遊資訊，他們態度友善。早餐有兩種選擇，一是水果乳酪及多士，另一我忘了是什麼，反正味道不太差。 不知道是碰巧定長期問題，我住的期間wifi接收不太好要在接待處用taco taco的。」
