This is the perfect house for anyone vacationing in Siesta! Easily walk to the beach or a stones throw to the downtown. Lots of room and really nice pool and outdoor space. Highly recommend!

Excellent location to public beach access and great food - both short walks away. Pool, putting green, covered outdoor area with tvs and bar was a perfect relaxation spot for our family including two teenagers. Beach chairs, cooler and wagon were awesome to have ready in the garage.

Amazing stay. Everything was very convenient and walking distance from property including: beach and restaurants. Property managers were very easy to communicate with and always very responsive. No complaints and would definitely stay there again!

From start to finish this place was completely top shelf! Anytime we needed assistance they responded quickly and were on site extremely fast. This was literally one of the best places we have ever stayed and can’t wait to go back again. Awesome location to the beach and access to the Village within a block. Highly highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed.

Extended family of 14 and had plenty of room for all. Wonderful location and closer to the beach than we thought. You are within walking distance to many places to grab dinner and a drink or you can cook in. Fabulous kitchen with everything you need - plenty of dishes and cookware. Great to relax and enjoy the pool and hot tub in backyard after a day at the beach. Thanks for the great memories we will definitely be back!!!

The Blue Paradise is a stunning property. This home is close to the beach and the village. Everything is within walking distance. Despite being so close to the village, this is a very quiet property. The home is extremely beautiful with a gorgeous kitchen, and mattresses that are so comfortable. The inside and outside of this home are picturesque and well maintained. It would be hard to find anything to criticize. Our stay was outstanding, and can’t wait to book this home again.

The house is beautiful and spacious. It was truly a part of the overall vacation experience in Siesta Keys. Bedrooms were identical- so everyone feels like they win. Bunk bed room offers 4 full size beds for the kids to enjoy. Proximity to beach and village was closer than expected- we walked everywhere which was amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our group of 7 women absolutely loved our stay at this property. The space was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and there were many wonderful amenities. We were a minute walking distance of the beach and of little shops in the other direction. Communication with the manager was great. Be sure to pack or shop on the way for basic kitchen consumables like salt/pepper, ground coffee or Keurig pods as that is not provided. I would return to this vacation destination in a heartbeat!

This property is located within walking distance to anything you could want....the beach, restaurants, night life and grocery store. The house layout is ideal for having your own space. 5 of the rooms have king beds with their own bathroom and the 6th room has awesome bunk beds and its own bathroom which is ideal for kids or a family to bunk together. The property manager was very responsive. The only issue that I had was the email communication going to spam and being unaware of it. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect vacation! This home was beautiful! Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Bedrooms are big and all baths are luxurious. The home had everything we needed and then some. The pool area along with putting green was beautiful and private. The home is a very short walk to the beach and village. We hardly ever use our car. The rooftop views are amazing! Wouldn't change a thing! Rental manager was very easy to work with and available to answer any questions. We didn't want to leave!!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. From location to layout of the house, it was perfect for our group of 8! It was very much appreciated when the property manager allowed us access to the house early since our flight arrived at 12 and check-in wasn't until 4. She notified us around 2:30 to let us know the house was clean and ready. Thank you for that! The house is perfectly located with a 3 minute walk to either the beach access or to the main strip where all the restaurants and market are located. We will definitely inquire about the availability of this house next time we vacation in Siesta Key.

My family and I stayed in this home for a week and while the location was great, there were several issues with the house that we felt were unjustifiable for the price. The pool was advertised to be heated but never reached a temperature above 70 degrees. Having a heated pool for a January Florida stay was one of the main reasons we chose this home. The hot tub also was very inconsistently hot - despite several pool guys coming to service. We also found swim trunks stuffed in the pool filter from the guests before us which indicates that the pool was not cared for as someone would have immediately noticed this. Additionally, the heat was broken in the house the entire stay. Again, may not have been an issue for a non-January Floriday stay - but considering the timing, 60 degrees inside when it's 50 degrees outside was unacceptable. Several maintenance crews came to diagnose the issue but could not fix it.There were odds and ends issues with the home in general ; the floors were really dirty, the furniture was stained, leaky or broken faucets, stained dishes, the grille thermometer didn't work which made cooking difficult, etc. Overall we would not stay here again or recommend this home for this price.

Loved the location of this house! Quick walk to the beach and quick walk to many bars/restaurants/shops downtown. Also loved the outdoor entertaining area - well laid out and plenty of shade if desired. Having the beach chairs and the wagon were a huge advantage. Our biggest frustration was the number of things that either didn’t work or the lack of instruction on how to get things to work. Two TV’s outside, but we could only get one to work. Lots of outdoor speakers but no way to figure out how to work them - thank goodness we brought a speaker from home. For two days the pool and hot tub were ice cold - after no response from our attempts to call and get it fixed, we reset the breaker and then it heated sufficiently but it was frustrating that we went two days without being able to use it and had to resort to figuring things out ourselves. The home was well decorated, very clean, and fit our group of 10 comfortably for sleeping, eating, and lounging around.

We loved our stay here! We wished we stayed longer. This house is large, beautiful and is a short walk to the beach, about a 5 minute walk. The house is beautifully decorated, very beautiful furniture 😍. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was a must for us. Showers had good pressure. Pool area is awesome. There’s an outdoor bathroom. There is an outdoor shower that you can you can use after the beach before going into the pool. The fridge/freezer in the garage doesn’t work that well, good for drinks but nothing else. We had ground beef in there for burgers that we had to throw out because we didn’t think the fridge was cold enough for it. The spa was perfect. The pool was murky. It looked like the guests before us jumped in with sand. I called the property manager and they sent someone to clean the pool the next day, but it was still a little murky. In addition, the chairs and tables outside surrounding the pool had spilled drinks on them from the previous guests that we cleaned up before we used them (my husband cleaned it up before I had a chance to let the property manager know, he didn’t want to wait for someone to come in to clean it). We still enjoyed everything though. Even my dad who likes to stay indoors all day was outside (there are 2 large TVs outside). The kids loved the putting area. The roof top area was amazing to watch the sunset! We would definitely stay again.
