“The overall status of the hotel is nice, we arrived quite later at 1:00am, but the housekeeping starts knocking doors from 9:30 all the way to 10:40 (about 4 times) to ask people to check out... they really did what their boss told...”

“Very quiet, cozy & comfortable Inn. Although located in a remote area of Lake District, easy to find & can reach other spots easily. Must try the dinner at the restaurant which is very good with reasonable price. Only the towel rack in my room is not working which is a minor stuff. Furthermore everything in the breakfast seems overcooked.”

“We have stayed at The Powfoot Hotel as a stopover on the way to our final destination in Scotland. It is an absolute gem. Of course there are newer and plusher hotels but this place takes some beating for its idyllic location, courteous and professional service, cleanliness, comfort and good value restaurant. Positive Aspects
One of the highlights of our experience was the **excellent communication from the host**. They were very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, which made the process smooth and hassle-free.
