Charming little typical house

Small quiet house of 70m2, spacious and bright with shaded terrace and private garden. 5 minutes from the beaches
Ideally located in the middle of the Algarve, it allows you to discover its riches on both sides easily.
You have a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. The living space is composed of a large fitted kitchen, with fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee and espresso machine; a living room with TV that can be closed for the night with a convertible sofa offering a very comfortable bed for 2 people, and a convertible armchair that can accommodate 1 child (can also be placed in the bedroom); and a dining room opening onto the shaded terrace furnished with a small living room.
Finally a 120m2 garden gives you a private outdoor area with barbecue.
The house is located 5 minutes by car from the beaches, 10 minutes from amusement / water parks (ZooMarine, Aqualand, Slide and Splash), 300m from the Fiesa sand sculpture festival.
Faro airport is 30 minutes by car.
Baby equipment available: bed, high chair, bathtub.
The house can therefore accommodate 4 adults, 1 child and 1 baby.
Bed and bathroom linen provided.
Wifi internet since August 2017.

You can't fail to be impressed/

A lovely house that impresses at all levels. The owner has provided everything that one could possibly want. Fantastic outside space with covered area and barbecue. Car parking. To put icing on the cake, the property is within walking distance of a superb restaurant. This certainly is a gem of a property.

Beautiful house for relaxing holidays

The house is as beautiful as the pictures indicate and you will find every equipment you need for living. Check in and out was easy and the house is located very central in Algarve area. We travelled by car, but the beach is not that far away and can be reached by a 30 min walk or by taxi for around 10€. We would definitely choose it again!

Lovely villa in quiet neighbourhood yet close to everything

The villa was a perfect home away from home for us. We are the kind of couple who enjoy visiting the area yet love to come home and cook/bbq in the evening. The villa is fitted with anything you can ask for, has a great feel to it and very quickly feels like home. It is roomy yet very cosy. The wood burner made the house very comfortable at this time of the year. Helene was very quick to answer any questions we had and was very accommodating! We would recommend renting a car, but driving around is easy.

A casa é muito bem equipada ( com mais utensílios do que os descritos no anúncio) e conta com agradável jardim, com otimo espaço para refeições no exterior. O bairro é calmo e os acessos são bons. Tivemos dias de paz e sossego em um ambiente muito agradável.

Creo que lo Mejor que tiene el alojamiento es que tiene todo lo Necesario respecto a útiles de cocina, y demás. La casa esta genial, el sofá cama un poquito incomodo . La ubicación es buena porque está cerca de todo, pero en coche, andando no vas a ningún lado. La limpieza es muy buena. Me ha gustado el apartamento aunque me costaba un poco la comunicación con ella, sobre todo porque había nuevas restricciones y no conseguía saber cómo me iba a afectar.

Sehr gemütliche und schöne Unterkunft

Wir als 5 köpfige Familie waren 14 Tage da.Alles sehr schön eingerichtet,sehr sauber, große Küche mit allen elektronischen Geräten,großer Kühlschrank mit Großem Gefrierfach.Handtücher,Sonnenschirm,etc. wirklich alles da.Kontakt und Übergabe mit dem Vermieter sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Een mooie vakantiewoning, comfortabel, met eenheel goed ingerichte keuken. Wat ons charmeerde bij de boeking, was de gezellige overdekte zithoek. We hebben daar, als we in de vakantiewoning waren, veel tijd doorgebracht.

Logement très agréable

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement très agréable, fonctionnel , bien équipé, très propre et au calme. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse exterieure et du barbecue. Il est idéalement bien placé, proche d'Albufeira, Silves, Ferragudo et des plages d'Armaçao de Pêra . Très bien placé pour visiter les superbes grottes de Benagil. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans ce logement avec plaisir.

Sehr geeignet für einen erholsamen Urlaub an der Algarve.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Aussenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Ort Pêra ist klein und bietet keine großen Attraktionen und es ist wichtig dass man ein Auto für seinen Aufenthalt zur Verfügung g hat. Für uns war dieser Ort optimal, es sei nur gesagt für die Personen, die viel Action brauchen. Optimal ist die Lage für alle Touren um die Algarve zu erkunden. Wir haben sowohl alle Ziele Richtung Westen, als auch alle Ziele Richtung Osten uns angeschaut. Noch ein Tipp für alle FKK-Liebhaber, an der Praia Grande ist an dem Abschnitt rechts hinter dem Felsen FKK erlaubt.

Sehr schönes, sauberes kleines Haus

Wir verbrachten zu dritt, 2 sehr schöne Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Es ist sehr sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Es ist das letzte Haus in der Straße und man hat absolute Ruhe. Ein Auto ist aber unverzichtbar, da es ringsum nicht sehr viel gibt. Ansonsten ist aber alles in kurzer Distanz mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Aldi zum einkaufen, Zoomarine, slide& Splash, Aqualand für den Spaß. Die Strände sind auch schnell erreicht. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Fantastisch huis om de Algarve te ontdekken

Dit huis is ons heel goed bevallen. Het ligt in een urbanisatie en daardoor niet in de drukte van het toerisme. Voor een stel met een (huur-)auto een geweldige centrale locatie om de Algarve te verkennen. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer uitgebreide inventaris, en zelf inmiddels een goed werkende internetconnectie. Schoon, ruim, perfect gewoon!

La maison dispose de nombreux atouts : un extérieur convivial, un intérieur bien aménagé et bien pourvu en matériel divers. Petit plus avec la climatisation dans la salle de séjour. Bien placée pour découvrir l'Algarve, la proximité de la Praia Grande à 4 kilomètres est agréable. ne manque que le wifi.

Schönes Haus, alles vorhanden

Wir haben eine Woche in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Straße, sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, sehr sauber und zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände liegen in der Nähe. Allerdings ist ein Kfz unverzichtbar. Wir werden wiederkommen 👍

Casa completamente equipada, tiene todo lo que uno pueda necesitar. Todo muy cuidado. Un bonito patio. A sólo 10 minutos de las playas y en una urbanización muy tranquila. Merece la pena !!!

Sehr schönes keines Refugium.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es mangelt an nichts. Die Terrasse und Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Es liegt ausserhalb vom kleinen Ort Pera ist aber super zentral zu Strand und Shopping sind es gerade mal 5 min. Es waren tolle 3 Monate die ich in diesem Haus verbracht habe. Vielen Dank an Alle

Très bien situé pour permettre de découvrir le sud du Portugal

Endroit calme pas tres loin d'une très belle plage Armacao de pera. Situé idéalement pour se rendre à albufeira, Lagos ou encore portimao qui permet de découvrir le coin. Le logement est très bien équipé, l'agencement est impeccable. je recommande ce logement pour un voyage détente ;)

Sehr schönes Haus, beste Lage für Ausflüge

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Siedlungsstr mit kleinen Häusern. das Auto kann man sehr gut, direkt neben dem Haus parken. Alle wichtigen Dinge sind im Haus vorhanden. Ein Aldi befindet sich in 1 km Entfernung ( richtung Alcantarilha) Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, das haus ist in ca. 50 Minuten vom Flughafen über die N 125 errrreichbar. Ein hoher Pluspunkt, Vermieterin ist sehr schnell über das Internet erreichtbar, wenn es Fragen gibt. Bei 2 Wochen Aufenthalt wird 1 mal während der Häfte gereinigt. Ein insgesamt sehr sehr schöner urlaub
