Villa Copacabana is a modern and spacious 4-bedroom property, located in Armação de Pêra, with stunning sea views and just 600 metres from the beach. With a private heated pool, 2 jacuzzis (optional extra) and a games room, it is perfect for family holidays.



On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms: 2 double en-suite and 1 twin, all with access to a balcony overlooking the pool. One of the double rooms also has a staircase leading to the panoramic terrace.



The 4th bedroom is on the ground floor, next to a bathroom. On this floor, there is also a games room with snooker, table football and a gaming machine, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine.



The living/dining room, on the ground floor, features comfortable sofas, TV and a dining table. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. Sliding doors provide access to the exterior, where there is a large heated pool (optional extra), jacuzzi (optional extra) and sun loungers. The barbecue and outdoor dining area are perfect for socialising.



The roof terrace offers outdoor seating, jacuzzi (optional extra) and a barbecue, providing a perfect setting for relaxation. The villa has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms and private parking. The location is excellent, a short distance from shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is an 8-minute walk away.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, / It is recommended to rent a car,



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 400 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.



Price for up to 8 persons

From the 9th to the 12th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only € 98 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only € 21 each, per week)

The Villa was perfect for our group

Very nice, large villa for our group of 12 people. Very clean, relatively quiet, spacious. Good beds, spacious dining and living area, pool table. Swimming pool nice. Good wifi connection, a/c throughout, good supply of hot water . Jacuzzi. Heaven for my family. Perfect all around! Would definitely stay here again!

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Copacabana, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every detail was impeccably managed. First and foremost, the location of Villa Copacabana is unparalleled. The villa was beautifully appointed, with elegant furnishings, plush bedding, and all the amenities one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the design, from the stylish decor to the high-quality linens provided. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Villa Copacabana highly enough.

Good Location

Enjoyed our stay at this home. It has some great balconies and roof top views. The home is easily walkable to the town, beach and stores--that was our favorite part of the stay. The home was comfortable in size for our family and was pet friendly. Things for improvement, the pool was leaking and unable to heat--it was clear this was occurring prior to our stay but we were not notified. They charged us for a jacuzzi that didn't heat over 97 degrees and had a lot of chemicals in it. Some of the upstairs exterior doors were falling off the henges and we needed to be careful when opening and closing and the white headboards were shedding their material on the bedsheets. Otherwise, the property managers were responsive and gave us lots of options for where to eat and explore.

Great location

It was a nice house however the mattresses need an upgrade. There were some issues with some comforters with stains on it. Nice welcome package however garbage bags, dishwashing pucks and basic spices, like salt and pepper would have been nice.
