The staff was incredible here, very helpful and even left a to-go breakfast for us since we left for our early train before the service was available! Excellent location within the city that is walkable to all the key sights. I was delightfully surprised they even cooked breakfast for you instead of having eggs out in a chafing dish. Would recommend and visit again.

Great little guesthouse

Lovely stay at the guesthouse. The staff are absolutely brilliant and a testament to the hotel, they could not be more accommodating to us. It was a lovely hotel to stay in. The only slight downside for us was that noise seemed to carry into our room from the dining area and kitchen. We were situated directly opposite from this area but nonetheless it was only a small matter that we could cope with. All in all, it was a great stay for us, in a great location and I would definitely recommend to others.

A beautiful oasis! The Guesthouse may be small, but it satisfies your every need in a very peaceful setting. The rooms are nicely appointed and the grounds are amazing-especially the pool backed by the city walls! The included breakfast was copious and delicious. The guesthouse is highly recommended!

What a lovely property. We visited in January and although it was too cold for the pool, we sat on the lawn chairs at night to see the stars. The room was lovely and clean and the staff was fantastic. This place is a real gem!

An amazing stay with really tentative staff. A couple of mishaps with the hotel which were dealt with efficiently by staff. Great location with the castle, restaurants and parking nearby. Absolutely wonderful stay in the ZITUR History Guest House!!! Beautiful property! Don't be mislead by some of the surrounding buildings that are a bit of disrepair. You walk through the doors into a beautiful, modern guest house. Racquel, the manager greeted us and gave us a tour of the public area (living room, dining room, pool area). They even have an "Honesty Bar" where guests can help themselves to wine and mark down what they have. The place is immaculate Walking distance to many restuarants and attractions. Highly reccommend!!

Property was adequate. Stairs were a huge negative. 2 steep staircases to get to main level of property. No lifts at all. Once inside the room, another steep staircase from main level up to bedroom. Room layout is poor. Very small loveseat stuck against wall, makes watching tv difficult. Overall poor design. Staff was friendly, included breakfast was fair, nothing special. Check out at 11AM seems rigid for this type of property seems unfriendly. When I asked for extension I was brushed off with a quick no, although was offered the opportunity to hang out in common area. I can’t recommend. Price is high for a somewhat mediocre accommodation. Sorry.
