「We really enjoyed this property but the check in process was very clunky and opaque, difficult to figure out how to contact the host. The integration between them and expedia is not good, messages were repeated, missed and late in arriving. We talked to another guest at the property who had the same experience so... it's a thing... but once inside with codes and keys, we really enjoyed it and have no complaints. 」

「Host did not send keypad entry code. I sent four messages, through the VRBO app, over the course of 5-6 hours asking for the code with no response. I went to the rental to inquire with another building resident and she also could not reach the host. I had to book a hotel for the night, or drive 4 hours home and miss the second day of my business conference.」

「We stopped just for get shower and sleep at night. The house is really old in the kitchen the roof is broken and covered with a black piece of plastic, one of the room also have a piece of the roof that seems is coming down. Bathroom was old but there was everything we need (shampoo, soap, body wash and an air dryer. We didn’t use the kitchen but there weren’t utensils. We could find the entrance because we got there at night and the sign wasn’t visible and the lady from the upstairs apartment...

「We had the most incredible stay. Our host didn’t miss a beat. We had absolutely everything we needed, the house was super clean and cozy and full of amazing amenities, we lacked for nothing.
