Key West Simonton Beach Hotels

"Property was nice with great beach location and close to downtown Key West. BUT they screw you with hidden charges. They 67+ per day resort fee was at least disclosed. But we had 2 100 per day (before tax) “beach” charges that were not disclosed and nobody ever mentioned to us. That is ridiculous highway robbery on top of the very pricey room charges so we won’t be going back there!"

"The accommodation was very nice! Great property location and extremely clean. For a 100 year old mansion, it was in great shape! It’s right next door to the southern most point buoy! Walkable to Mallory square. The parking lot is only for guests and although there was a charge, it was cheaper than parking in Mallory square!"

"I booked this hotel as a budget for one night. We got there early thinking we would relax by the pool in the cute little courtyard. No pool no courtyard. Not even a place to sit outside. No chairs in the room. Way to loud. Have to say the staff was nice. I would have gladly paid more for a pool or even just table and chairs outside. Don't be fooled by the pictures"

"We loved staying at this super cute little resort within walking distance of everything. The pool was warm and the gardens pretty. Just note there’s only a few free parking spaces out front. "

"We only stayed a couple of days, but the location was great. Really nice to be right on the water, and have a pool right there too. Lots of stuff in walkable distance. Covered parking. Etc. "

"The resort exceeded all of my expectations. We had an ocean view suite with gorgeous sunrise views, a comfortable bed, relaxing balcony and huge clean bathroom. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The property was very well maintained. There are a lot of families with small kids, so be prepared for that at pool time. Otherwise, the resort was fairly quiet. You don't hear people in the room next to you. Really nice stay. I would love to return again!"
