The two main staff members specifically were Ms. Kizzy and Mr. Mathis. They made this experience unforgettable for me and little one. Excellent hospitality, accommodating and always assisted with a smile. We will definitely be returning soon"

"Don't expect to get a cup of coffee before 8am!!! And don't count on getting change if you want to break a bill. Hotel was clean and staffed. It's literally right on Maho Beach. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, great linens. Kitchen but no complementary water. If you want to go across the street to the market and get all of your food and drink, this is the place. On site restaurants offer good food at resort prices. Beware vegetarians...fries, egg roll, salad, and vegetables of the day for you...no alternate proteins. For the price, no real reason to return...bare minimums. "
