We liked it very much, it was super clean and a well-kept facility. Each guest was greeted with a national flags, which we really liked. We can highly recommend this accommodation and would come again if the opportunity arises.

Super quaint & relaxing

Drove down for the weekend and stayed at Fernando flats (flat 11). The accommodations were fantastic. Very clean. Room smelled great upon arrival. All the extras like bikes and beach towels were great. The mattress was firm and pillows fluffy. Plenty of hot water and pressure. The air conditioning kept the room ice cold! Location was perfect. I was able to walk to the shops/eateries. Loved the vintage vibe. Would stay again. *Just a note Flat 11 is upstairs with no elevator. Definitely not an issue for me but could be for others and there was no microwave. Also not a caveat for me but others may need to know that in case you’re wanting to bring food. Flat did include all cookware you’d need to use the stove and oven to which I did utilize and it all worked perfectly.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

Our stay at Fernando Flats was nothing short of AMAZING!!! We arrived several hours before check in time & enjoyed the pool & fun heart floats while we waited for our room. Marie was able to get us into our flat an hourly early, it was absolutely spotless, smelled fresh & clean. The studio is absolutely beautiful & decorated so well, as though it’s straight from a magazine! Our view from Flat 11 was gorgeous, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by. Marie had so many things available to us that I have not experienced at other VRBO’s or even hotels! Extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, things we normally forget to pack she had it. The kitchen is so cute & stocked with everything you need to cook a meal including an entire container of coffee, she gladly provided me with more creamers when I ran out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower pressure was perfect, which is huge for me after being on the beach all day! It is truly a short & gorgeous walk to the beach from the flat & they offered chairs & umbrellas in the closet for us to use. My daughter enjoyed using one of the bikes to ride through the area & neighborhood. Marie was always quick to respond to any questions I had during our stay & was super nice! We will definitely be back to Fernando Flats to visit this beautiful place & we highly recommend this place to anyone & everyone!

Cutest place ever!

So cute! Owner was wonderful & the condo had everything & more than you would ever need. Amenities: extra toothpaste & toothbrushes, coffee, tea, creamer & sugar. Huge bath towels & beach towels Has a heated pool, pool toys, bikes for your use, beach toys & chairs, just about anything you would need & if you asked for it Marie would get it for you. Cant wait to go back next year. We travel lit & this is one of the best we have ever stayed at. Close to everything also.

Amazing location and superior host!

I've been vacationing in Palm Beach Shores for over 20 years. This year was my first extended stay of one month. I was searching for a property (not a resort) for my stay, and my choice was Fernando Flats!! It was absolutely the right choice, location, amenities offered, cleanliness, budget friendly, and a tremendous host "Marie" who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was top notch and was it ever! I would recommend this gem to anyone including my own family who will all being staying here with me on my next visit!!!

Perfect Location!

What an absolute gem! This boutique motel is charming, quiet, has adequate parking, and is within walking distance to a beautiful beach/inlet. There’s also a nearby strip mall with multiple dining options that’s only a 3-4 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk away. The host, Marie, was very communicative and friendly. Our condo was super clean upon our arrival and the A/C was at a comfortable temp. We will absolutely stay here again!

A Beautiful, Place In A Great Location - Pump House

The unit was super nice with all ammenities you would need to relax and chill. The unit, the pool, and the property grounds are in immaculent condition. Being only a few minutes walk to the Pump House and the inlet with its great beaches with crystal clear waters is truely awesome. The locals are very nice. Always show them respect and you will meet and make new friens. There is a beautiful walkway down the inlet and you can walk almost anywhere you desire in that location. There are a few restaurants and shopping only a 5 minute drive away or you can choose to walk and enjoy Palm Beach Shores area. A great place to stay and beautiful area to vist. You will not be dissapointed...
