"This was a fine hotel for our brief one-night stay in London. We chose this one based on price and prior reviews. I would definitely stay here again, although I typically stay in higher-tier properties. We really wanted to be in London instead of 20 miles away. My only issues were the woman at the desk for check-in, while not rude or anything, was just pretty curt and not very welcoming. Also, we found a hair on the bathroom floor mat. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was good and filling. The inside pool was okay. A little chilly for the kids but that did not stop them. Need more seating and maybe some floatation toys for kids. Housekeeping was wonderful. Stocked what we needed and left us be when we wanted. The curtains are sheer, so people can see in, and you can see out and you can't close the thicker curtains. "It was false advertising and VRBO does not have correct phone number of this property. It was some man’s number and hie is sick of getting the calls. It was an empty lot with no camper as advertised. We are getting a credit for this so it was taken care of. We never have had any trouble with VRBO before. It is now taken care of. When we got there, we were surprised to find that the property wasn't a house but rather a converted former college faculty housing unit (this is problematic because we travel with our dogs).
