Located across the street from huge hospital and is a convenient place for family to stay while loved ones are sick. This does not interfere with out of town guests passing through. Very nice place. Clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Breakfast was continental- quick foods. Nothing hot like eggs or waffles. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would recommend.

The location, price and amenities were solid, and the establishment was well run. Parking was simple and accessible, even on the weekend. The location is walking distance to wonderful park in a historic neighborhood. Must be kewl with choppers landing and taking off at the neighboring hospital, but I did not notice the noise when inside. The room (120) reminded me of the floors in the South Korean homes, and the bathroom was handicap accessible.
