Lovely location and friendly staff

Super friendly staff and a cozy vibe at the hotel. Walking distance from everything we wanted to see in Sirmione. Loved the pool area for relaxing as well, and rooms were better than expected (and with great aircon).

Lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were great. Room lovely. There is some work going on in an around the hotel but did not affect pur stay at all. Nice breakfast and lovely pool. All round 10/10

The area was so lovely. Spending a day by the pool and then spending time walking around shopping and eating was a great mix of both for vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!

Perfect base

Everything you could want as a base to go exploring. Big variety for breakfast, nice pool for an end of day dip. Comfy room with great air conditioning. Nothing massively amazing just a really lovely hotel close enough to sirmione to walk in without the chaos of being there itself.

Very enjoyable stay for 5 nights. Clean hotel & friendly staff. Reception staff could not do enough, special thanks to Michael, Samwell & Elenor. Lovely breakfast. Pool area relaxing with lots of availability for loungers & sun brollies. Great location, Bus stop 15 minutes walk. Old town 15-20 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We had a great time at this hotel.

Nice hotel 20 minutes walking to Sirmione downtown, breakfasts so so as the quality does not feel that good, also is a buffet but the staff serve your food and they serve as little is possible. the bed in the room was really comfortable. The swimming pool was really nice and the view to the lake is great from the hotel. The location in general is really good if you plan to visit other towns in the lake, I recommend you to go to Limone sul garda and Bardolino the most beautiful villages in the lake, and I can tell this because I drove around the whole lake, I am a person that likes to read the experiences other people have to book a hotel room, if you are like me I recommend this hotel if you are not that bother about breakfast.

The buffet breakfast was behind screens so you had to ask for everything. I have never experienced this before in an Italian hotel. The 'balcony' was pretty useless as there was no room for a chair, and being on the side of the hotel only had a view of the building next door. Handy that the shuttle bus from the centre stops right outside the hotel. Very nice swimming pool and sun loungers.

Hotel Suisse in Sirmione is a small, very clean hotel with a small pool. The rooms are quite small though sufficient. The quality of the breakfast was astonishing, diverse and very tasty, thumbs up. Parking spaces are available and the location of the hotel ist great, in walking distance of the old town

Good points - convenient distance from the town with a bus stop outside, clean, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, nice size bed and air con. But - pool was cold (as expected at the end of the season) ) and although our room had a balcony it’s not really usable as you can’t open the door fully and it is so small there isn’t even a chair on it but I knew that when I booked it. Overall a nice stay.

Wir hatten einen insgesamt sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hi Hotel in Sirmione. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, insbesondere dass wir unser Auto nach dem Check-out noch für einige Stunden auf dem Hotelparkplatz stehen lassen durften. Dadurch konnten wir die verbleibende Zeit in Sirmione noch in vollen Zügen genießen. Zudem hat uns der schöne Hotelpool sehr gut gefallen – ideal zum Entspannen an einem sonnigen Tag am Gardasee. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück war solide und erfüllte die Erwartungen, auch wenn es noch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein dürfte. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Sirmione.

Sehr neues Hotel, leider für 3 Personen etwas klein die Zimmer. Da man sich nie so lange drinnen aufgehalten hat war es ok. Sehr gute Frühstück , sehr reichhaltig Was zu beanstanden wäre ist die Schiebetür zum Badezimmer, leider war diese nicht so mit Sinn monitiert. Die Tür blieb immer einen kleinen Spalt offen (hätte man sogar von dort aus Fernsehen können...) Das gleiche gilt auch für die Balkontür die man leider nicht komplett öffnen konnte weil das Regal dahinter war. Man musste erst die Tür leicht öffnen dann die anderen Türflügel öffnen dann kam man ungehindert raus... Sonst saubere Zwechmässige Zimmer. Duschschaum und Shampoo auch vorhanden. Parkplätze könnten zum Engpass werden, hatten Glück das wir Abends einen bekommen haben

Falsk markedsføring, ikke et voksenhotel

Hotellet er super fint, poolområdet rent og pænt - ligeledes var værelserne. Vi havde dog booket hotellet under den forudsætning at de reklamerede med at være et voksenhotel (14+) men til vores store overraskelse var det på ingen måde overholdt. Der var både 5-8 årlige børn samt spædbørn der absolut ikke kunne bidrage med ro og afslapning ved hverken morgenmaden eller poolen. Ikke tilfredsstillende at sælge sig på at være et voksenhotel endda på hotellets egen hjemmeside, og det så slet ikke er tilfældet. Ønsker i et hotelophold i fine omgivelser, men som kun er for voksne, så er dette hotel ikke stedet.
