Italian paradise

The location was perfect! The house was great for our family with plenty of space to spread out, time by the pool, and a large kitchen to make family dinners!

Be aware of false advertisement and bad management!

Our recent stay here was extremely disappointing. The advertised lake front property definitely wasn’t lake front, not even lake view. A thick hedge blocked any view of the lake. Even if one managed to get a glimpse above the hedge, all you would see is a big grass field filled with hundreds of people. When we checked in there was no toilet paper, paper towels, soap, or dishwashing pods. The laundry machine wasn’t working. To add insult to injury, we lost power in half of the apartment. When we reached out to the property management we were referred to a rules book. We spent an hour deciphering the instructions and searching for all power panels but were not able to restore power. Given the fact that it was 35C outside and our fridge wasn’t working, majority of our food had to be thrown out. Lastly, we found several black mold spots on walls within the apartment. We called, texted, whatsApped representatives from …. On a number of occasions to deal with the issues at the property (laundry machine, power, mold, lake front). Not a single one of our concerns was either addressed or even acknowledged. At this price point it’s simply unacceptable. Save your money and book somewhere else.
