"Everything aboit this hotel is 10/10. Firts, the location is amazing right in the middle of the town centre and the Cathedral, gardens etc The staff are very nice and helpful The breakfast is delicious."

"The room was excellent but shower area could do with an anti slip mat also only enough tea bags for tea in the morning none for the evening .The Staff were excellent and helpfull,overall we enjoyed our stay."

Bed comfy. Gym rubbish but equipment they got in there I use and it works ok. Never seen a rower that had been in the bottom of the sea. My gloves were rusty when I got off the rower😆 So yes, a good hotel. It always surprises me how many hotels get the above wrong. One other thing to mention. The spa should be free to use for hotel guests, definitely. A £10 charge per hour is not really acceptable. I would stay there again without doubt. "

"First time staying here, chose for the location. Excellent customer service on arrival, communal bar area a lovely addition with a pool table. We were able to order food although it was quite late and the food came out well presented. Despite being a big hotel it was very quiet. "
