「It was a great property to spend with your loved ones」

「Right by the lake, clean and spacious for 5. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. And a powder room at the entry. The parking lot was secure/gated. No chairs on the deck and the grill was not working but we knew that beforehand..The location was really good.」

「My first impression was WOW!!!! Everything was just as is in the pictures. This was a very family friendly accommodation. There were games, toys, and the kid's bathroom had the whale over the spout. 「STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE: House was dirty, refrigerator dirty, oven filthy, after 9:00 we tried to go to bed NO SHEETS ON THE BED. Check in was late by 2 1/2 hours. We were promised a refund by the owner, if we left. We left. Now he’s refusing the refund. Stay away from this place.」

「Bathroom floors and vanity not clean, sheets on one bed seemed damp, back porch was not clean, many days not clean, sliding doors had cobwebs at all corners, no screen door here, steps from parking to door in very poor, dangerous condition, kayaks were not cleaned off and made ready for use. This cottage had not been made ready for guests. Concerned that vrbo is advertising for unkept property. We wasted time, money, dreams of a wonderful weekend ruined!!」

「Property was amazing. Just an fyi that maybe the cleaning staff should be advised of. Some of the rooms had a faint urine odour. There was cobwebs and dead bugs in the top corners of some shared rooms. The cloth hot plate was very dirty (dried egg on it) and BBQ was unusable as it was very dirty.」
