「By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Everyone was so friendly. Jaclyn (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was extremely helpful and sent me a few texts throughout our stay to make sure our every need was met. The room was clean and well kept. So much space compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. The view of the river below was breathtaking. Everything was hard wood from the front desk to the sinks in the bathroom. 「Nice room and very comfy. The bathroom was clean enough, but had dust around the floorboards. I’m not super picky so I didn’t care but that would be my only complaint. It was a wonderful stay.」

「This was our first time visiting Durango so stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The experience was amazing, loved the historical vibe. The hotel provided warm chocolate chip cookies, a hot chocolate, coffee, and tea bar. The breakfast and dining area was wonderful and service top notch. What a way to start our annual Mother/Daughter. The only issue was not being able to stay longer.」
