“Our 2 day stay was a disaster from the beginning. We arrived at 4:30 for a 4pm check in and there was line of people out of the door trying to check in. We left and came back at 7pm and I spoke to another guest who said they arrived at 4pm and got checked in at 5:30pm We stayed in the north tower of the hotel and the hallways and elevator smelled of marijuana. (explain that smell to your kids). We left for dinner and came back at 11pm to go to bed to find that the AC was not working. It was……

“Killing six cockroaches between the kitchen and the bathroom. Been nice to know the outside door open into the bedroom. The balcony had no door. Will not recommend to anyone. ”

“Several of the pools ended up being closed due to being very dirty breakfast area always overcrowded rooms were pretty nice, but bedrooms are at the front of the room. All you heard was door, slamming people talking even up till midnight.”

“The pool was nice but no one was there togive towels or keep the floors and elevators clean. This left a damp smell everywhere. Even the lobby chairs were soaking wet. I made the mistake of sitting in one. My entire rear end was wet for hours. No place to change. Checkin took hours.”

“No balcony (was told against HOA) however, other rooms had a balcony and a sliding door. The unit we had was just a tall window. No fresh air and we could see the pool and the people sitting right in front of the window. It was very awkward, and not what we expected when you pay for an ocean view. Also, there was no closet space. ”

“Was on the first floor so beach view was instructed some. Was on the end and the exterior door that lead to parking lot was very loud when exiting. Ice machine wasn't working very well. Overall was a decent place to stay. ”

“Room was comfortable and the perfect size but we did find roaches mostly in the bathroom and kitchen. ”

“Place is a total dump & the staff are bigger trash..didn't stay..would never let my family stay in a toilet.”

“Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly. Pool was not……

“Room And staff were horrible. Power went out in our room around 8:30 at night when we tried to tell Steph we could not get a hold of him until the next morning before lunch and they were rude and asked us to leave because of that”
