「The ladies at the front desk were nice and very helpful but the computors were down so we never got a key to our room also the shower doors were very hard to open and close. But beside that everything else was great.」

「Breakfast was just egg and cheese fold overs, sausage, waffles, two cereals, one yogurt, bagels and toast, coffee, juice. But not bad. Rooms were large and bed was comfy. Why can’t hotels go back to big pillow though?」

「Property clean and centrally located. Quiet in room. Breakfast typical. Front desk personell not very professional - in the morning while I was trying to eat my breakfast they were having personal conversations discussing another employee loudly enough to be hear all over the lobby and breakfast room.」

「My room can hear some certain sounds of the machine starting up every ten minutes...no idea where it came from. Others were good. Breakfast was good enough. 」

「You could tell that they have tried to update the property but still needs a lot of work! For me it was the smoking rooms, even though ours was non-smoking you could smell the next room over smoking through the joining door, which I was very unhappy with!!」

「I was bamboozled with the photos of the room, it didn't look like the photos, it was run down first of all and we had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in and when someone did come to the desk he was half asleep and asked for our identification then it took him 15 minutes to get the repeated speech out of his mouth about rules and regulations of that badly needed a remodel and renovations immediately dump of a motel, when we got to the room OMG! 「Not handicapped friendly. Only the Office, Restaurant, and Woodward House have Handicapped ramps. All other facilities seem to have stairs. This place must have been awesome 100 years ago. Currently, it is overgrown. There is poison ivy in most of the flower beds. Dead trees are draped with English Ivy that remains unkempt. Polk berry plants and other weeds are common. Hedges are overgrown and block the view of what could be beautiful scenery. Aggressive wasps inhabit the corner siding of the...

「Loved Ms. Tracy at the front desk, Ms. Hattie at the omelet station, and Ms. Jenny in the dining area! They are very welcoming, excellent at their jobs, and outstanding representatives of Embassy Suites. Our only complaint is that even if you turn down the air conditioning, it appears to be regulated and will only go so low.」
