「Breakfast menu was good with a variety to please everyone 」

「Great stay」

「Before you get a room here, it is $150 for a deposit, it’s no pool, or business center but they have a gym. I didn’t use it. They have complementary breakfast, but not much to it and you can’t take it to your room. The room with two beds comes with a desk and office chair. My bathroom was dirty and the beds sheets was itchy. My brother broke out from the sheets. I couldn’t sleep well at all. The bed was too hard. Overall the staff was nice. 」

「The room was dirty and not comfortable. The bed only had one pillow and a super hard head board that you keep hitting your head on during the night. The pillow was not comfortable and felt like it held in heat. The area did not feel safe. I had one of the worst nights of sleep I have ever had at a hotel. We booked the room for 2 nights and ended up checking out the very next morning and not even staying. We went and booked at a different hotel instead and just sucked up the cost on this one just...

「The hotel did not feel as safe as other places we have stayed in Alton. People loitering around the front desk when we arrived. 」

「Took me 20-25 minutes to check in . Front desk was vacant. Two other people came in also to check in. The gentleman went to go find someone to assit us to no avail. Went to my room finally, key card wouldnt wk,after 3 trips to front desk was assigned a different room. Bed was hard as a rock, no microwave, no hairdryer, barely luke warm water. Wont reccomend.」

「The room and breakfast was good, but we specifically picked this hotel because of the indoor pool. The pool was closed. So disappointing.」

「The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately the walls are thin enough to hear the nearby road traffic and neighboring rooms TVs through.」

「Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable room. However not very convenient if you want to buy some grocery stuff coz stores are out of walking distance. 」

「It was ok. Not as nice as I was hoping for. They never cleaned my room once during my 5 day stay so that was strange. Had to get my own clean towels and new toiletries because they never serviced the room. 」
